NOTICE OF DISPOSAL BY WAY OF DEED OF DEDICATION OF PART OF OPEN SPACE UNDER SECTION 123 (2A) LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Waverley Borough Council intends to grant a deed of dedication of part of open space land situated at A3100 Westside of Guildford Road, Farncombe registered under part of title number SY585993 together with other land.
A plan showing the location of the land concerned may be inspected during normal office hours at the Waverley Borough Council Offices at The Burys, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1HR.
Any objections regarding the intended disposal should be made in writing to Claire Beesly, Joint Assistant Director Legal Services and Information Governance Deputy Monitoring Officer, Waverley Borough Council, The Burys, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1HR or by email to claire.beesly@waverley.gov.uk citing reference [MG/012246]. Objections must be received no later than 4.30 pm on 12th September 2025.
