Harlow, Licence & Lease Of Public Open Space

HARLOW DISTRICT COUNCIL LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 (1), (2A) LAND AND PAVILION AT LADYSHOT PLAYING FIELDS, HARLOW ESSEX NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Harlow District Council Intends to grant a licence and to enclose a small area of public open space adjacent to Ladyshot Pavilion for use for sporting purposes ancillary to the grant of a Lease of up to twenty five (25) years of Ladyshot Pavilion.

The land will comprise of three areas; the Pavilion 212 metres square and shared pitch areas of 5270 and 5241 metres square A plan showing the extent and position of the area to be enclosed can be inspected on the Public Notice Board at the Civic Centre, Water Gardens Harlow, Essex during normal office hours (excepting Bank Holidays) and copies may be obtained on payment of the Council's copying charges.

Any enquiries about or objections to the intended grant of the said Lease and ancillary licenced land use must be made in writing and addressed to:-
