Rhaglen Ysgol Lyswennod Gogledd Cymru 

Mae Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru yn hysbysu ei fod yn bwriadu gwneud gwaith i wella’r gored hydrometrig ar afon Leri ger Dol Y Bont, NGR SN63464 88054. 

Bydd y gwaith gwella arfaethedig yn cynnwys y canlynol: Adeiladu ysgol lyswennod dros y gored fesur a grisiau mynediad newydd i gynorthwyo’r gwaith o gynnal a chadw’r gored a’r ysgol lyswennod. Nid yw’r datblygiad arfaethedig yn uwch na’r trothwy/meini prawf cymwys yng Ngholofn 2 Atodlen 2 y Rheoliadau Asesiad o Effaith Amgylcheddol mewn perthynas â datblygiad categori 10(h). Nid yw’r datblygiad arfaethedig yn dod o fewn ‘ardal sensitif’ fel sy’n cael ei ddiffinio gan y Rheoliadau Asesiad o Effaith Amgylcheddol. 

Felly, nid oes angen sgrinio ar gyfer y datblygiad arfaethedig o dan y Rheoliadau Asesu Effeithiau Amgylcheddol. Mae Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru o’r farn nad yw’r gwaith gwella yn debygol o gael effaith sylweddol ar yr amgylchedd ac nid yw’n bwriadu paratoi datganiad amgylcheddol ar ei gyfer. 

Cynhyrchwyd Adroddiad Amgylcheddol yn cynnwys Cynllun Gweithredu Amgylcheddol (EAP) ar gyfer y safle hwn, yn crynhoi’r camau gweithredu sydd eu hangen i weithredu’r mesurau lliniaru amgylcheddol a’r canlyniadau mewn perthynas â dylunio, adeiladu a gweithredu’r gwaith arfaethedig. 

Mae hefyd yn nodi rolau a chyfrifoldebau’r rhai sy’n ymwneud â’r prosiect ac yn cyfeirio at yr holl waith dros dro a pharhaol. 

Dylai unrhyw un sy’n dymuno cyflwyno sylwadau cysylltiedig ag effeithiau amgylcheddol tebygol y gwaith gwella arfaethedig wneud hynny, yn ysgrifenedig, a’u hanfon i’r cyfeiriad a nodir isod, o fewn 30 diwrnod ar ôl dyddiad cyhoeddi’r hysbysiad hwn.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTENTION NOT TO PREPARE AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT. 

Regulation 12B of the Environmental Impact Assessment (Land Drainage Improvement Works) SI1999/1783 as amended 

North Wales Eel Pass Programme 

Natural Resources Wales gives notice that it proposes to carry out improvement works to the Hydrometric weir on the Afon Leri near Dol Y Bont, NGR SN63464 88054. The proposed improvement works will involve the following: Construction of an Eel pass over the gauging weir and new access steps to aid maintenace of weir and eel pass. 

The proposed development does not exceed the applicable threshold/criteria within Column 2 of Schedule 2 of the EIA Regulations in relation to category 10(h) development. The proposed development does not fall within a ‘sensitive area’ as defined by the EIA Regulations. 

The proposed development therefore does not require screening under the EIA Regulations. Natural Resources Wales considers that the improvement works are not likely to have significant effects on the environment and does not intend to prepare an environmental statement in respect of them. 

Environmental Report comprising an Environmental Action Plan (EAP) has been produced for this site, summarising actions required to implement the environmental mitigation and outcomes in relation to the design, construction, operation of the proposed works. 

It also identifies roles and responsibilities of those involved in the project and refers to all temporary and permanent works. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to the likely environmental effects of the proposed improvement works should do so, in writing, to the address specified below, within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice.
