Land at Grace Road Field, Clapperbrook Lane East, Marsh Barton, Exeter, EX2 6GA

Notice is hereby given that Exeter City Council intends to dispose of a parcel of land having an area of up to 3.42 Ha, by long lease, at Grace Road Field, Clapperbrook Lane East, Marsh Barton, Exeter, EX2 8QA, which comprises open space land. The Council also intends to grant Easement rights for the installation of ‘underground’ water pipes across the Riverside Valley Park, Belle Isle Nursery and Water Lane.
