Notice is hereby given that on 20 May 2025, a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia to order that Pollokshields Development Agency, Company Number SC303487 and having its registered office at 425 Paisley Road West, Glasgow G51 1PZ to be wound up by the Court by which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 22 May 2025 appointed any other persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days of intimation, service or advertisement.
