Public Notice Of Disposal Of Land At Esplanade, Ayr
"South Ayrshire Council – Notice of Application in terms of Section 75(2) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973.
Notice is hereby given that South Ayrshire Council has raised a Summary Application at Ayr Sheriff Court, under section 75(2) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 for authority to dispose of Kiosk Number Two, Esplanade, Ayr, by way of a 25 year lease to redevelop the kiosk site and thereafter continue sales confectionery, cigarettes, ice cream, mineral waters, hot and cold foods, fancy goods and other items as the Council approves only.
A court hearing has been assigned by Ayr Sheriff Court, to be conducted by Webex Virtual Hearing, on 4th September 2025 at 10:00am.
Anyone having an interest the Summary Application and who wishes to object should make themselves known to the Sheriff Clerk, Ayr Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, Wellington Square, Ayr, KA7 1EE, where a copy of the said Summary Application may be obtained, within 21 days of this Notice."
