Notice of Coming into Operation of Public Path Diversion Order 

Cornwall Council 

The Cornwall Council (Public Bridleway No.81 (Part) St Hilary) Public Path Diversion Order 2019

On 05 August 2025 Cornwall Council issued the required certificate described in Article 1 of the above Order, thus bringing the Order into operation. 

A copy of the operative Order and the Order map can be downloaded from the Cornwall Council website at https://www.cornwall.gov.uk/environment/countryside/ public-path-orders/public-path-order-register. 

Copies of the Order and Order map may also be requested by email from PROWorders@cornwall.gov.uk or by telephoning 0300 1234 202 and leaving a message.
