PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF LAND AT THE VERGE AT PROGRESS WAY,

OUTSIDE ANGLIAN WATER SITE, MID SUFFOLK BUSINESS PARK, EYE, IP23 7HU.

LEASE OF LAND TO AMP CLEAN ENERGY

Local Government Act 1972 Section 123 Land at the Verge at Progress Way, outside Anglian Water Site, Mid Suffolk Business Park, Eye IP23 7HU - for lease.

Notice is hereby given that Babergh District Council proposes to lease open space at Progress Way, Eye to AMP Clean Energy for use as a Battery Box site.
