What is happening?

Proposed Disposal of a Parcel of Land at Meadowbank Dorking

SECTION 123(2A) of the LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 (AS AMENDED)

NOTICE is hereby given that Mole Valley District Council intends to grant a lease of a parcel of land at Meadowbank, Dorking for the purposes of the construction of a Bandstand (in accordance with planning permission MO/2021/1989) and for the subsequent use of the Bandstand in accordance with the planning permission. 

The proposed term of the lease is 15 years. A plan showing the extent of the land intended to be demised is available for inspection free of charge Monday to Friday during usual business hours at the Council Offices, Pippbrook, Reigate Road, Dorking RH4 1SJ or you can request a copy of the plan by email to property@molevalley.gov.uk

Any objections to such disposal should be made in writing to the Principal Asset & Projects Manager at the above address or by email to property@molevalley.gov.uk by 15 September 2025
