DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE

LAND AT HALL BANK GARAGE SITE, HALL BANK, MOBBERLEY, CHESHIRE

Cheshire East Borough Council proposes, in accordance with Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended by Section 118 of the Local Planning and Land Act 1980) to dispose of open land situate AT HALL BANK GARAGE SITE, HALL BANK, MOBBERLEY, CHESHIRE by way of a LEASE.
