At ddiben adran 121 o Ddeddf Elusennau 2011, hysbysir drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf fel Ymddiriedolwr Canolfan Cymuned Pont-yclun yn bwriadu gwaredu'r ardaloedd canlynol o dir yn Rhondda Cynon Taf drwy brydles.
Prydlesu'r Tir yng Nghanolfan Cymuned Pont-y-clun, Heol y Bont-faen, Pont-y-clun, Rhondda Cynon Taf, CF72 9EE, am gyfnod o 8 mlynedd.
Cyfeirnod: CD/8897736 Dylai unrhyw unigolion sydd eisiau cyflwyno achos ynglyn â'r gwarediad arfaethedig yma leisio hynny'n ysgrifenedig gan ddefnyddio'r manylion isod.

RHONDDA CYNON TAF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL NOTICE UNDER SECTION 121 OF THE CHARITIES ACT 2011
For the purpose of Section 121 of the Charities Act 2011, notice is hereby given that the County Borough Council of Rhondda Cynon Taf as Trustees of Pontyclun Community Centre intends to dispose by way of lease of the following area of land within Rhondda Cynon Taf Lease of Land at Pontyclun Community Centre Cowbridge Road Pontyclun Rhonnda Cynon Taf CF72 9EE, for a term of 8 years Reference: CD/8897736
Any persons wishing to make representations to the proposed disposal should write to the undermentioned (quoting the relevant reference number) with details of the objection, such objection to be received by the undermentioned no later than 4 weeks from the date of this notice.
