Notice is hereby given that on 9th July 2025, a Petition was presented to Alloa Sheriff Court by Close Invoice Finance Limited, craving the Court inter alia that Central Scotland Doors & Windows Limited, formerly known as Pro Glaze Scotland Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC737195) and having its Registered Office at Unit 2 Cooperage Way, Alloa FK10 3LP be wound up by the Court and that Mark Harper and Paul Dounis, Insolvency Practitioners of Opus Restructuring LLP, 9 George Square, Glasgow G2 1QQ be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition, by Interlocutor dated 16th July 2025, the Sheriff ordained any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Alloa within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
