PUBLIC INQUIRY TO OPEN ON 27/08/25 COMMENCING AT 10AM
Notice is hereby given that an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry to determine the following planning appeal: Relating to the application to Somerset Council for Outline planning application for the erection of up to 78 dwellings with public open space, landscaping and sustainable drainage system (SuDS) and vehicular access point. All matters reserved except for means of access at Land At 353314 146683 Glencot Road, Wookey Hole, Wells (2024/1322/OUT).
The Inquiry will be held at: The Council Chamber, Council Offices, Cannards Grave Road, Shepton Mallet, BA4 5BT on Wednesday 27th August at 10am.
