EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE Court ref. no. KIL-B571-25
Notice is hereby given that East Ayrshire Council has raised an Application at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court under Section 1021 of the Companies Act 2006 for orders to vest in the Council the area at Jamieson Road, Darvel being ALL and WHOLE those two areas or pieces of ground extending respectively to Three roods thirty one poles and six yards or thereby and One rood thirty two and one half poles or thereby Imperial Standard Measure, lying on the east side of Jamieson Road, Darvel in the Barony of Loudon and County of Ayr, being the subjects more particularly described in the Feu Charter by the Trustees of the deceased Right Honourable Baron Donington, in favour of James Young and Thomas Anderson as Trustees for Young and Anderson recorded in the Division of the General Register of Sasines applicable to the County of Ayr on 12th August 1897; together with the factory and other buildings erected on the said ground, in terms of Section 1021 of the Companies Act 2006.
Anyone having an interest in the said Application, and who wishes to answer the said Application, should immediately contact the Sheriff Clerk, Kilmarnock Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, St Marnock Street, Kilmarnock from whom a copy of the Application may be obtained (Court Ref No: KIL-B571-25) within 21 days of publication of this notice.
The matter will call and be heard in person at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, St Marnock Street, Kilmarnock on Tuesday 16 September 2025 at 10am.
