Notice is hereby given that East Ayrshire Council has raised an Application at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court under Section 1021 of the Companies Act 2006 for orders to vest in the Council the area at Green Street Industrial Unit, Darvel being ALL and WHOLE that area or piece of ground extending to one acre and three and a half poles or thereby imperial standard measure lying in the Burgh of Darvel Barony of Loudoun and County of Ayr as more particularly described in the Feu Charter by the Earl of Loudoun in favour of John Stirling and Robert Auld as Trustees of the firm of Stirling Auld and Company, recorded in the Division of the General Register of Sasines for the County of Ayr on 8th May 1908, in terms of Section 1021 of the Companies Act 2006.
Anyone having an interest in the said Application, and who wishes to answer the said Application, should immediately contact the Sheriff Clerk, Kilmarnock Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, St Marnock Street, Kilmarnock from whom a copy of the Application may be obtained (Court Ref No: KIL-B458-25) within 14 days of publication of this notice.
The matter will call and be heard in person at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, St Marnock Street, Kilmarnock on Tuesday 16 September 2025 at 10am.
