NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was presented at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by TheAvenue Childcare Services,on 26 June 2025 craving the Court inter alia to order that THE AVENUE CHILDCARE SERVICES, a company incorporated and registered in Scotland (company number SC352843), having its registered office at 8/10 Tourhill Road, Onthank, Kilmarnock, Ayrshire KA3 2BJ (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court and to appoint Donald Iain McNaught, Insolvency Practitioner of Johnston Carmichael, 227 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2ND as Interim Liquidator of the Company, and to appoint notice of the Petition and First Deliverance to be advertised once in the ‘Edinburgh Gazette’ and ‘The Kilmarnock Standard’, in which Sheriff Jamieson by Interlocutor dated 28 July 2025 ordered any parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with Kilmarnock Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation or advertisement.
