Hysbysir trwy hyn, yn unol ag Adran 37 Deddf Adnoddau Dŵr 1991 a Rheoliad 6 Rheoliadau Adnoddau Dŵr (Tynnu a Chronni Dŵr) 2006 i gais gael ei wneud i Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru gan Eric Wright Water Limited am drwydded lawn i dynnu dŵr o strata tanddaearol o fewn yr ardal sydd wedi’i ffurfio gan linellau syth sy’n rhedeg rhwng Cyfeirnodau Grid Cenedlaethol SJ 08195 43648, SJ 08200 43647, SJ 08199 43642, SJ 08195 43641, ac SJ 08192 43644 yng Ngwaith Trin Dŵr Gwastraff Corwen, Corwen, Sir Ddinbych. Y cynnig yw tynnu dŵr yn ôl y cyfraddau a’r cyfnodau canlynol i’w defnyddio i gael gwared o ddŵr yn ystod y gwaith adeiladu : 305.8 metr ciwbig yr awr, 7,339 metr ciwbig y dydd ac 1,438,444 metr ciwbig y flwyddyn , rhwng 09/09/2025 and 09/12/2025 yn gynhwysol.

Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003) 

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Eric Wright Water Limited for a full licence to abstract water from an underground strata within the area formed by straight lines running between National Grid References SJ 08195 43648, SJ 08200 43647, SJ 08199 43642, SJ 08195 43641, and SJ 08192 43644 at Corwen Wastewater Treatment Works, Corwen, Denbighsire. The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates and periods for use in dewatering while undertaking construction work: 305.8 cubic metres an hour, 7,339 cubic metres a day and 1,438,444 cubic metres a year, between 09/09/2025 and 09/12/2025 inclusive.
