What is happening?

ST HELENS AND DISTRICT CONSERVATIVE AND UNIONIST BUILDING COMPANY LIMITED

(Company number 00095133) (the "Company") Registered office: 17 George Street, St Helens, Merseyside, United Kingdom, WA10 1DB

The Company is trying to trace its shareholders that have not engaged with it for many years ("Untraceable Shareholders"). The Untraceable Shareholders comprise of those members from whom the Company has not had contact with for a period of 60 months prior to the date of publication of this advertisement and whom the Company believes cannot (or their successors in title cannot) be traced without expenditure disproportionate to the nominal value of the member's shareholding in the Company. In the event that the Company has not received any communication from Untraceable Shareholders within 30 days of the date of this advertisement, the Company will proceed with a court application to rectify its share register and amend its Memorandum and Articles to allow it to sell or transfer its assets.
