DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE LAND AT PICKMERE LANE GARAGE SITE, PICKMERE LANE, PICKMERE, KNUTSFORD, CHESHIRE WA16 0JP

Cheshire East Borough Council proposes, in accordance with Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended by Section 118 of the Local Planning and Land Act 1980) to dispose of open land situate at Pickmere Lane Garage Site, Pickmere Lane, Pickmere, Knutsford, Cheshire WA16 0JP by Way of a Transfer. Any representation or objection with respect to the proposal should be sent in writing to the Head of Legal Services, Cheshire East Borough Council, c/o Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe, CW1 2LL quoting reference LCC/052884 no later than 5pm on 22nd August 2025.
