Ty Isaf Playing Field, Baglan - Intends To Lease A Playing Field
What is happening?
NEATH PORT TALBOT COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL
Regulation 8, The Playing Fields (Community Involvement in Disposal Decisions) (Wales) Regulations 2015 (‘the Regulations’)
LAND KNOWN AS TY ISAF PLAYING FIELD, BAGLAN, PORT TALBOT
The County Borough Council intends to lease a playing field at the Ty Isaf Playing Field, Baglan, Port Talbot to Baglan RFC Limited.
Following advertisement of the proposed lease under the above-named regulations, the County Borough Council received representations from a number of statutory consultees.
The representations have been considered and compiled in a Decision Report which has been approved by the County Borough Council’s Cabinet. The County Borough Council intends to proceed with the proposed lease.
A copy of the Decision Report detailing the representations received and the reasons why the Council intends to proceed can be inspected at the Civic Centre in Port Talbot for a period of six weeks until the 12th September 2025.

Mae’r cynrychioliadau wedi cael eu ystyried a’u llunio mewn Adroddiad Penderfyniad, sydd wedi ei gymeradwyo gan Gabinet y Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol. Mae’r Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol yn bwriadu symud ymlaen gyda’r brydles arfaethedig.
Gall copi o’r Adroddiad Penderfyniad gyda manylion y cynrychioliadau a’r rhesymau pam mae’r Cyngor yn bwriadu symud ymlaen, gael ei archwilio yn y Ganolfan Ddinesig ym Mhorth Talbot am gyfnod o chwech wythnos tan 12fed Medi 2025.
