Cornwall Rights of Way Improvement Plan Baseline User Survey 

Cornwall Council is renewing the Rights of Way Improvement Plan for Cornwall. This statutory document will address priorities for management over the next ten years. 

As part of the process the Council is required to consult users to understand their current and future needs and is running a baseline survey. The survey will be open between 30th July and 28th September 2025.
