PUBLIC INQUIRY AT HUNTINGDONSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL OFFICES

Opening on Tuesday 12th August 2025 at 10.00am and is currently anticipated to sit for up to 4 days. The 19th, 20th, 21st and 22nd August are currently considered as reserved days.
REASON FOR INQUIRY: Appeal by Abbey Properties Cambridgeshire Limited, P Spencer and R Clark as the Trustee of the R F Clark Child against the refusal of ‘Outline application (all matters reserved except access to London Road) for a proposed development of up to 115 dwellings to include public open space, landscaping, access and associated works (following demolition of existing buildings)’ at Land at Folly Farm Livery Stable, London Road, Yaxley.
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold the Inquiry opening on the date above to decide the appeal. Members of the public may attend the Inquiry, and at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
