What is happening?
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Forman Hardy Holdings Limited Pension Scheme ("the Scheme")
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, to any person (including any former full or part-time employees (or his or her dependants)), of Forman Hardy Holdings Limited, T. Bailey Asset Management Limited or T Bailey Fund Services Limited, who were members of the defined benefit section of the Scheme, that it is to be wound up. It is believed that all members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified and have been or are being secured by means of policies with an insurer.
If you were a member of this Scheme and believe you may be entitled to benefits from it and you have not already been contacted by the Trustees, please post notification of your claim specifying your full name and address and evidence of membership no later than 30 September 2025 to Forman Hardy Holdings Limited Pension Scheme, c/o Punit Parmar, Albion EBC Limited, Unit 44, Business Box, 3 Oswin Road, Leicester, LE3 1HR punit.parmar@albionebc.com. Claims received after 30 September 2025 will not be considered by the Trustees of the Scheme when distributing Scheme assets.
