NOTICE OF MAKING OF PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDERS

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981

The Oxfordshire County Council,

Eynsham Footpath No. 3 (part), Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2025

The Order made on 11 July 2025, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting: -

Eynsham FP3 running from OS Grid Ref SP 4319 0890 east-north-east for 37m to SP 4322 0891 to a new line running from OS Grid Ref SP 4319 0890 north-north-east for 20m to SP 4320 0891 and south-east for 23m to SP 4322 0891, as shown on the Order map.

Rollright Footpath No. 11 (part), Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2025

The Order made on 14 July 2025, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting: -

Rollright FP11 running from OS Grid Ref SP 3225 3207 north-north-westwards for 562m to SP 3213 3262 and north-north-eastwards for 105m to SP 3217 3272 to a new line running from OS Grid Ref SP 3225 3207 north-north-westwards for approximately 484m via SP 3223 3234 and SP 3222 3232 to SP 3223 3245, and north-westwards for 269m to SP 3217 3272, as shown on the Order map.

Any representations about, or objections to, either Order may be sent in writing to Countryside Access Legal, Oxfordshire County Council, County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX1 1ND or countrysideaccesslegal@oxfordshire.gov

.uk no later than 22 August 2025. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
