This notice is served under Section 12 and Parts I and II of Schedule 1 of The Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977.

Freebridge Community Housing Ltd, gives you notice under Part I of Schedule 1 of the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977, that you are required to collect the following goods within 28 days. The date you must have collected these goods is by Friday 22nd August 2025

Particulars of Goods: These are household and personal goods which have been left at the tenancy address above, and a full inventory is available on request

These goods are stored at and may be collected from the storage facility at Freebridge Community Housing Ltd.

Freebridge Community Housing Ltd, gives you notice under Part II of Schedule 1 of the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977, that if you fail to collect the goods by Friday 22nd August 2025, Freebridge Community Housing will make arrangements to sell the goods, if the value of the goods is less than the estimated costs of sale, the goods will be disposed of in the most cost effective manner.

Any costs incurred in removal, storage, disposal and administration charges incurred will be re-charged to you for payment. If there are any proceeds from sale of any items, these will be deducted from any amounts charged or offset to any debts due to Freebridge Community Housing
