Notice Of Public Path Order
 
Town and Country Planning Act 1990, Section 257 and Paragraph 1 of Schedule 14 

The Cornwall Council Public Footpath No. 50 Newquay (part) (Land at Nansledan) Public Path Stopping Up Order 2025 

The above order was made on 10 July 2025. The effect of the order, if confirmed, will be to stop up a length of Public Footpath 50 Newquay commencing at its junction with Public Footpath 50 Newquay and Public Footpath 74 Newquay to be retained approximately 257 metres south-south-east of 'Gusti Vean Farm' at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SW 84109/60766 and continuing in a generally north-north-westerly then northerly direction for a distance of 531 metres terminating at its junction with 'Stret Trewolek, Nansledan' approximately 280 metres north-north-east of 'Gusti Vean Farm' at OSGR SW 84024/61281. 

A copy of the Order and Order Map can be downloaded from Cornwall Council's website at the following address: https://www.cornwall.gov.uk/environment/ countryside/public-path-orders/made-public-path-orders/. A copy of the Order and the Order Map has also been placed and may be seen free of charge at Newquay Library and Information Service, Marcus Hill, Newquay TR7 1BD between 09.30 and 17.00 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. A copy of the Order and Order Map may also be requested by email from proworders@cornwall.gov.uk. 

Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent in writing to the Public Rights of Way Officer, Regulatory Services, Cornwall Council, P 0 Box 676, Threemilestone, Cornwall, TR1 9EQ (quoting Reference TAD 135) or by email to proworders@cornwall.gov.uk no later than Wednesday 20 August 2025. Please state the grounds on which it is made. 

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Cornwall Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
