What is happening?

A Public Notice for the purposes of section 121 of the Charities Act 2011

Canal & River Trust acting as Trustee of The Waterways Infrastructure Trust (charity registration number 1146792-2) (the Charity) gives notice that the Charity proposes to: 1. Dispose of a parcel of land adjacent to Boulevard Walk, near Carr Lane, Slaithwaite in the location shown, for identification purposes, out- lined red on the plan, and 2. Grant rights for a bridge crossing over the Hudd- ersfield Narrow Canal in the location shown, for identification purposes, out- lined green on the plan. The plan and details referred to in this notice may be viewed on the Charity’s web page http://canalrivertrust.org.uk/about-us/for- businesses/public-notices. Alternatively, copies of the plans may be requested in writing.

Any representations or comments in relation to the proposal should be sent for consideration to the address below to arrive no later than one calendar month from the date of this Notice.
