What is happening?
NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE LAND AT ROBINSONS MEADOW LEDBURY HEREFORDSHIRE HR8 1SX
In accordance with the provisions of Section 123 (2A) Local Government Act 1972 notice is given that The County of Herefordshire District Council intends to grant an easement through part of the public open space known as Robinsons Meadow Ledbury, Herefordshire HR8 1SX for the purposes of constructing and maintaining foul and surface water sewers and drainage system for an adjacent proposed development at The Knapp and Green Acres The Homend Ledbury Hereford.
A plan showing the approximate location of the affected land may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Plough Lane, Hereford, HR4 0LE during normal office hours, or on the public notice section of the Council’s website at https://www.herefordshire.gov.uk
Any objections regarding the intended disposal should be made, stating the grounds for objection, in writing to David Micah, Commercial and Investments Manager, Herefordshire Council, Plough Lane Offices, Plough Lane, Hereford HR4 0LE to be received no later than 18 August 2025.
