LAND AT MARL PITS IN THE BOROUGH OF ROSSENDALE.
NOTICE is hereby given that Rossendale Borough Council intends to lease the land as set out in the schedule below, which forms part of land used as an open space.
Location: Land at Marl Pits, Rawtenstall Reference: Land at Marl Pits, Rawtenstall Site area m2 (approx.): 44,000
Plans showing the location of the site are available for inspection at; The One Stop Shop, The Business Centre, Futures Park, Bacup, OL13 0BB between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and on the Council's website.
