Notice is hereby given that on 4 July 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Aberdeen by British Gas Trading Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company Number 03078711 and having its registered office at Millstream Maidenhead Road, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 5GD, craving the Court inter alia that THE CROFT ABERDEEN LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company Number SC754116 and having its registered office at Croft And Cairns, 5 Stockethill Crescent, Aberdeen, Scotland, AB16 5TT, be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Interlocutor dated 7 July 2025 appointed all persons to lodge answers in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Aberdeen within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
