CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972

Notice is given by City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council that it intends to dispose of land to the North of the A629, Utley, Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD21 4DZ more commonly known as part of the land near Utley Cemetery, Aire Valley Road, Keighley BD21 4DZ, which is land occupying an area of approximately 97,094 square metres or thereabouts and is part of the land registered with title number WYK928272, part of the land registered with title number WYK928409 and the whole of the land registered with title number WYK928410 and is open space within the meaning of section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972. The plan showing the open space being land to the North of the A629, Utley, Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD21 4DZ more commonly known as part of the land near Utley Cemetery, Aire Valley Road, Keighley BD21 4DZ, which the Council proposes to dispose of may be viewed on the Council's web site at: www.bradford.gov.uk/lossofopenspace.

A copy of the plan can also be obtained by contacting Estate Management at EMPOS@bradford.gov.uk or at 2nd Floor, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford BD1 1HZ, who will upon request, arrange for persons to be sent a copy of the plan. Any objections or representations to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to either EMPOS@bradford.gov.uk or to Estate Management, 2nd Floor, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford BD1 1HZ quoting reference ARN 50230/POS no later than 12 noon on 14 July 2025.
