What is happening?

RUNNYMEDE BOROUGH COUNCIL
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972, Section 123(1), (2A)

ADDITIONAL LAND ADJACENT TO KNOWLE HILL TENNIS CLUB, KING GEORGE V PLAYING FIELDS, TRUMPS GREEN ROAD, VIRGINIA WATER, SURREY

Notice is hereby given that Runnymede Borough Council intends to dispose of by way of a lease for a term of 3 years the land known as Land Adjacent to Knowle Hill Tennis Club, King George V Playing Fields, Trumps Green Road, Virginia Water, Surrey measuring 86 Square Metres or thereabouts to be used by the tennis club for tables and chairs during the summer tennis season. 

A plan that identifies the precise location of the land in question is available to view at the Civic Centre, Station Road, Addlestone KT15 2AH, Monday to Friday inclusive between the hours of 10am and 4pm (excluding Bank Holidays)

Objections to the proposed disposal should be made in writing and addressed to Mario Leo, Corporate Head of Law & Governance, Runnymede Borough Council, Civic Centre, Station Road, Addlestone KT15 2AH by no later than 11th July 2025
