TAKE NOTICE that Northumberland Aged Mineworkers Homes, a registered charity number 227044 of 7 Esther Court, Ashington NE63 8AP intends to dispose of a freehold dwellinghouse owned by it, namely 24 Falstone Crescent, Ashington NE63 0TY, at a price of One Hundred and Twenty Thousand Pounds (£120,000) to Catherine Tait.
