Disposal of Open Space Land

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Bexley (the Council) in exercise of their powers under section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended by the Local Government Planning and Land Act 1980) intend to dispose of land known as the Sidcup Youth Centre, Burnt Oak Lane, Sidcup DA15 9BZ by way of a lease together with such ancillary rights as may be required.

The area of land is known as Sidcup Youth Centre, Burnt Oak Lane, Sidcup, DA15 9BZ which forms the part of the area edged red on plan number BVS8723, which extends to approximately 19,395 square metres. The land is to be disposed for a term of 25 years.

The location plan of the aforementioned land is available for inspection on request by telephoning 020 3045 4521 (ref 8216160) between the hours of 9:30am and 5:30pm Mondays to Fridays or by e-mailing Legal-Conveyancing@bexley.gov.uk.

Any objection with respect to the proposed disposals must be made in writing and sent to the Deputy Director Legal and Democratic Services of the London Borough of Bexley, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT to be received before 5:00pm on 09 July 2025 and should state the grounds on which they are made.
