Notice under section 27 of
the Trustee Act 1925
Please note that this notice relates to the
Inductotherm Europe Limited Retirement
Benefits Plan (1971) (the “Scheme”).
The Trustees of the Scheme (the “Trustees”)
intend to finalise the winding up of the Scheme.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of
the Trustee Act 1925 of the intention to wind up
the Scheme and transfer its assets.
The Trustees of the Scheme believe they have the
names of everyone who had a right to benefits
under the Scheme. However, if you were (i) an
employee of Inductotherm Europe Limited and
(ii) a member of the Defined Benefit (‘DB’)
section of the Scheme, and think you have an
entitlement to benefits under the Scheme, or you
are a widow, widower, civil partner, child,
dependant or other beneficiary of such an
employee and, in either case, you have not already
been contacted by the Trustees in relation to this
or in relation to the transfer of your pension
rights, please write to:

Please include your full name, address, date of
birth, National Insurance number and date of
joining the Scheme (if known).
Your claim must arrive on or before 31
August 2025. Late claims may not be
accepted.
As soon as possible after the expiry of this notice
on 31 August 2025, it is the intention of the
Trustees to complete the winding up of the
Scheme, having regard only to the claims and
interests of which they have prior notice. After
that time, the Trustees shall not be liable to any
other person with DB benefits under the Scheme.
If you have recently been contacted in respect of
the transfer of your pension rights under the
Scheme, then you do not need to write to the
Trustees as they already have your details.
