Proposed disposal of Land forming (part of) an Open Space [Section 123 (2A) Local Government Act 1972] at Land behind 3 - 7 Marlborough Buildings Cow Lane Bath BA1 2LZ

NOTICE IS GIVEN: Where: Bath and North East Somerset Council (“the Council”) proposes to dispose of an area of land of approximately 3,600 sq ft. A plan is available for inspection at Bath One Stop Shop, 3-4 Manvers Street, Bath, BA1 1JQ and Keynsham One Stop Shop, Civic Centre, Market Walk, Keynsham BS31 1FS during usual Council business hours. Use: Proposed disposal of former enclosed garden land. Objections: Any representations or objections to the proposal should be addressed in writing by post or email to: Alex Buchanan at Lewis House, Manvers Street, Bath, BA1 1JG, alex_buchanan1@bathnes.gov.uk The Council will consider any objections which are received by no later than 24th July.
