Sandhurst Footpath 29 Definitive Map Modification Order 2025
The above order was made on 30 April 2025, and as no objections were received it was confirmed on 11 June 2025 under section 53(3)(i) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.
The effect of the Order as made, is to add a public footpath (Sandhurst FP29) to the Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way for the area, as shown on the plan accompanying the Order from: the Midpoint of adopted footpath linking Peterhouse Close and Merton Close (SU 8565 6262), to the Boundary of Royal Military Academy (SU 8568 6262) for approximately 36 metres with a width of 1.5 metres.
A copy of this Order and the Order map may be seen at Bracknell Forest Borough Council offices at Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell during office hours. Copies may be purchased at a cost of £3.00.

The Order becomes operative from 11 June 2025 but if a person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the 1981 Act, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, within 6 weeks from the date this notice was published, under paragraph 12 of Schedule 15 to the Act make an application to the High Court.
