NOTICE IS GIVEN by the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council that it intends to dispose of land known as Burnett Street Car Park, Burnett Street, Bradford BD1 5DW which is registered with the Land Registry under Title Numbers YY193981, WYK213871, WYK431759, WYK679055, WYK404063 and WYK387974 and which is a public car park within the meaning of section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972. that the Council proposes to dispose of may be viewed on the Council's web site at: www.bradford.gov.uk/lossofopenspace

A copy of the plan can also be obtained by contacting Estate Management at EMPOS@bradford.gov.uk or at 1st Floor Argus Chambers Hall Ings Bradford BD1 1HZ, who will upon request, arrange for persons to be sent a copy of the plan - Any objections or representations to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to either EMPOS@bradford.gov.uk or to Estate Management 1st Floor Argus Chambers Hall Ings Bradford BD1 1HZ quoting reference ARN01209/POS no later than 12 noon on 5 July 2025. The grounds for any objection should be stated.
