Pudsey, Proposed Disposal Of Open Space Land

CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972

Notice is given by City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council that it intends to dispose of an area of land having an area of approximately 4.68 ha (11.57 acres) or thereabouts located on the west side of Woodhall Lane, Pudsey, Leeds, LS28 7TT being known as Woodhall Lake, Woodhall Lane, Pudsey, Leeds LS28 7TT which is open space within the meaning of section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.

The plan showing the open space land which is located on the west side of Woodhall Lane, Pudsey, Leeds LS28 7TT (the said land being part of the land registered with HM Land Registry under title number YY11691 may be viewed on the Council's web site at: www.bradford.gov.uk/lossofopenspace. A copy of the plan can also be obtained by contacting Estate Management at EMPOS@bradford.gov.uk, or at 2nd Floor, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford BD1 1HZ who will upon request, arrange for persons to be sent a copy of the plan - Any objections or representations to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to either EMPOS@bradford.gov.uk or to Estate Management 1st Floor Argus Chambers Hall Ings Bradford BD1 1HZ quoting reference Woodhall Lake/POS no later than 12 noon on 4 July 2025. The grounds for any objection should be stated.
