Hudson Drive and Curtis Drive - Intends To Dispose of The Following Two Areas of Open Space
What is happening?
EAST LINDSEY DISTRICT COUNCIL
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972, SECTION 123(2A)
Notice is hereby given that East Lindsey District Council intends to dispose of the following two areas of open space:
Land at Hudson Drive and Curtis Drive, Coningsby, Lincolnshire
Copies of plans showing the approximate position of the affected land, and this Notice may be inspected online at www.e-lindsey.gov.uk/article/21281/Public-Open-Spaces.
The area of land may be considered to be open space for the purposes of section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 for which public notice of the intended disposal must be given.
Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to:-
East Lindsey District Council, The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle, Lincolnshire, LN9 6PH
