NOTICE OF MAKING OF AN ORDER

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981

DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL

(FOOTPATH NO. 9, OTTERTON)

PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION & DEFINITIVE MAP & STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2025

The above Order, made on 22nd May 2025 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert parts of public Footpath No. 9, Otterton at Ladram Bay Holiday Park, as shown on the Order map CCET/PROW/24/69.

A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the address below; at the offices of East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Honiton, EX14 1EJ, at www.devon.gov.uk/haveyoursay or on request to the Clerk to the Parish Council.

A copy of the Order and map may be bought from the address below at the price of £5.00.

Any representations about or objections to the Order must be sent in writing to the Public Rights of Way Service, Devon County Council, PO Box 968 Exeter, EX1 9DQ not later than 9th July 2025.

Please state the grounds on which they are made. Copies of any objections or representations received may be circulated to interested parties. If no such representations or objection are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Devon County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order.

If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food & Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
