Notice relating to the disposal of open space by Warwickshire County Council
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123(1), (2A) Hartshill Hayes Country Park, Oldbury Road, Hartshill, Nuneaton, Warwickshire.
Notice is hereby given that Warwickshire County Council intends to grant a lease of a kiosk in the building at Hartshill Hayes Country Park, Oldbury Road, Hartshill, Nuneaton, Warwickshire.
Any objections to the proposed disposal must be made in writing and addressed to: Rachel Baconnet, Lead Commissioner - Country Parks & Green Spaces, Warwickshire County Council, Shire Hall, Warwick CV34 4RL By no later than 2nd July 2025.
