Notice of application to vary a full licence to abstract (take) water

JP Ramsey, and R F Ramsey & Partners has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.

The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.

The application is to vary licence serial numbers

*7/35/10/G/0126 & *7/35/10/G/0021 which authorise the abstraction of water from chalk via a borehole at National Grid Reference TM 25356 40968.

The variation applied for is: to increase the licensed quantities of each licence to 1,200 cubic metres per day,

60 cubic metres per hour and 16.7 litres per second, and to increase the aggregate daily quantity to 1,200 cubic metres. The annual quantities, purposes and abstraction periods will remain unchanged.
