Notice Under Section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925
The Consolidated Timber Holdings Limited Pension Scheme
Notice is hereby given under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Consolidated Timber Holdings Limited Pension Scheme ("Scheme") has commenced winding up 31 March 2025.
The trustees of the Scheme (the "Trustees") believe that all members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified and member announcements have been sent to all members for whom the Trustees hold an address.
If you were a member of the Scheme or you otherwise believe you may be entitled to benefits from, or have any claim against or interest in, the Scheme and you have not received any announcements or been contacted by the Scheme's Administrator, please send notification of your claim specifying your full name, address and particulars, together with any relevant supporting documentation to: Alan Stead using this email address: alan.stead@hardwoodltd.com Such details must be sent within two months of the date of publication of this notice.
After this date the Trustees will proceed to wind up the Scheme having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice. The Trustees will not be liable to any person of whose claim they have not had notice.
