Old Park Road, Bradford - Proposed Disposal of Open Space Land

CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972

NOTICE IS GIVEN by the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council that it intends to dispose of land known as land at Old Park Road, Bradford, BD10 9QF which forms part of the title registered with Land Registry under Title No. WYK941981 and which is open space land within the meaning of section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.

The plan showing the open space being land at Old Park Road, Bradford, BD10 9QF which forms part of the title registered with Land Registry under Title No. WYK941981 that the Council proposes to dispose of may be viewed on the Council’s web site at: www.bradford.gov.uk/lossofopenspace

A copy of the plan can also be obtained by contacting Estate Management at EMPOS@bradford.gov.uk or at 1st Floor Argus Chambers Hall Ings Bradford BD1 1HZ, who will upon request, arrange for persons to be sent a copy of the plan.

Any objections or representations to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to either EMPOS@bradford.gov.uk or to Estate Management 1st Floor Argus Chambers Hall Ings Bradford BD1 1HZ quoting reference Old Park Road/POS no later than 12 noon on Friday 13 June. The grounds for any objection should be stated.
