Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Grampian, Highland and Islands at Aberdeen by Jian Zhong Lin for restoration of the Company formerly known as Shun Li Aberdeen Limited, last registered office 1 Barclayhill Place, Portlethen, Aberdeen, Scotland AB12 4PF to the Register of Companies and which petition for restoration Sheriff McCrossan by Interlocutor dated 19 September 2024, appoints any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
