ASHFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL hereby give notice pursuant to Part III and Paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 of its intention to pass a resolution to designate all streets within the borough of Ashford as consent streets, a draft of which appears below.

Draft Resolution

That all ‘streets’, or parts of ‘streets’, in the borough of Ashford be designated as consent streets, in accordance with Schedule 4, Paragraph 2 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982.

Representations to the above may be made in writing to the Licensing team within 28 days of the date of this publication to the address below.
