Hysbysir trwy hyn, yn unol ag Adran 37 Deddf Adnoddau Dwr 1991 a Rheol 6 Rheoliadau Adnoddau Dwr (Tynnu a Chronni Dwr) 2006 i gais gael ei wneud i Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru gan Farmpoint Limited i amrywio trwydded lawn i dynnu dwr, rhif cyfeirnod WA-055-0008-0003, sy’n awdurdodi tynnu dwr o haenau tanddaearol yng Nghyfeirnod Grid Cenedlaethol SO 26150 61520. Gofynnwyd am yr amrywiad er mwyn cael gwared o amod 9.2 sy’n cyfyngu ar dynnu dwr pan fydd y llif yn afon Llugwy yr un faint â, neu’n llai na 105,000 metr ciwbig y dydd.

Vary a full licence to abstract

Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003)

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Farmpoint Limited to vary a full licence to abstract water, serial number WA-055-0008-0003, which authorises the abstraction of water from underground strata at National Grid Reference SO 26150 61520. The variation applied for is to remove condition 9.2 which restricts abstraction when flows in the River Lugg are equal to or less than 105,000 cubic metres per day.
