What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES

(hereinafter referred to as “the Council”)

PART III OF THE LONDON LOCAL AUTHORITIES ACT 1990

(hereinafter referred to as “the Act”)

Designation of parts of Richmond Upon Thames as “licence streets” pursuant to the Act.

TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to Section 24 of the Act, the Council has designated 1 area (hereinafter referred to as “the street”) as a licence street where street trading is permitted by the Council subject to obtaining a valid Licence.

  1. An area of 7m x 3m, incorporating 2m of carriageway and 1m of pavement on Ranelagh Drive TW1 1QZ for the placement of a coffee van.

Under subsection (1)(b) of section 24 (designation of licence streets) of this Act, any person aggrieved by this resolution may appeal to the Secretary of State whose decision shall be final.
