NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF PREMISES

The Ceremony Suite, Town Hall, Knowsley Street, Bury

I Hadyn Wynn Keenan Superintendent Registrar for the Borough of Bury

Have applied to Bury Council, for the Approval of the above premises to be used for the solemnization of marriages and the registration of civil partnerships under the provisions of section 26(1)(bb) of the Marriage Act 1949 and section 6(3A)(a) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004

The Application, together with a copy of the plan of the premises, which accompanied it, may be inspected at Licensing, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ between the hours of 9.45am and 4.00pm.

Any persons having observations on this Application should submit them in writing to the Licensing Office, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ, within 21 days of the publication of this Notice.
